[Mod Update] Steampunk Casual

This update converts the two DOA steampunk mod shaders from vanilla to HSStandard.

This will resolve issues regarding shadow acne!

Along with that:
- Color maps slightly altered to be compatible with new shader.
- Bypassed sRGB, so you can make clothe more colorful.
- Added detail maps.
- Cleaned up some texture noise.
- Wool leggings added to socks category. It’s pretty thick.
- Added a collar to pantyhose category.
- Thigh belts added.
- Tool belt split into two.
- Mesh errors on the tool belt repaired. It went by unnoticed for awhile.
- Support for smaller breasts. Reduce chance of clipping and shadows.
- Some clipping fixed in gloves.
- Coordinate card updated to reflect changes.
- Smaller file size.
